168gg Terms & Conditions

01. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the 168gg online betting and gaming service accessible at https://168gg.cam, including any mobile-optimized interfaces or future subdomains operated by the same entity.
• "Member" / "User" — any natural person who has completed the registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal user account created upon successful registration, associated with a unique username, verified identity, and account balance.
• "Wager" — any bet, stake, or gaming transaction placed by a Member using Real Funds or qualifying Bonus Funds.
• "Real Funds" — money deposited by the Member via supported payment methods, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — non-withdrawable promotional credit granted to a Member under the terms of a specific promotion, subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion may be converted to Real Funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process required before withdrawal privileges are activated on an Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the cumulative value of qualifying bets a Member must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal as Real Funds, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus value must be wagered thirty times in full).
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" — 168gg and its internationally licensed operating entity and affiliates.

02. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Platform — including but not limited to registering an Account, logging in, placing a Wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between those policies and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflicting provision expressly states otherwise.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have authority to bind that individual to these terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03. Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure).
• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 168gg or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or contractor of 168gg or any of its affiliated service providers, and you are not an immediate family member of such a person.

04. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of Platform features — including placing Wagers and processing withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and pass mandatory KYC verification. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

1. One Account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform at any given time. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited. If multiple Accounts are discovered linked to the same individual, all Accounts may be suspended, balances frozen, and winnings forfeited pending investigation.
2. Accurate registration information. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), primary mobile number, and a valid email address.
3. KYC document requirements. To unlock full withdrawal functionality, you must submit a clear photograph or scan of: (a) your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport; (b) proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months; and (c) a live selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document. Additional documents may be requested at 168gg's sole discretion.
4. Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 168gg accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Member failed to safeguard their credentials.
5. Account suspension. 168gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any threat to platform security or integrity.

05. Deposits

168gg accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All supported payment channels are local Indonesian banking and e-wallet services: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) may be made available periodically; any applicable terms will be published at the time of activation.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own verified legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed to the source account.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Member's account deposit interface and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change without advance notice.
• 168gg does not charge a fee for standard deposit processing. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are solely your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Rp upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. 168gg accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider's processing infrastructure.
• 168gg reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of ongoing anti-money-laundering (AML) and compliance obligations. Failure to provide such documentation within 72 hours of the request may result in Account suspension.

06. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed for KYC-verified Accounts only. The target processing time for approved withdrawals is under two hours from the point of approval; actual transfer times to your nominated bank account or e-wallet depend on your payment provider's interbank settlement schedule.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own verified legal name, matching the name on your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount, maximum per-transaction limit, and any per-period aggregate cap are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account and are subject to change at 168gg's discretion.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the Member before they enter the processing queue. Once a withdrawal enters processing, it cannot be recalled.
• 168gg reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of additional identity verification or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Where a withdrawal is withheld following an investigation that confirms a material breach of these Terms, the relevant funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and 168gg's AML policy.

07. Bonuses & Promotions

168gg offers a range of promotional bonuses — welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal specials. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's published terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) may be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, game contribution percentages, and eligible game categories are stated on each individual promotion page.
2. Validity Windows. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. The validity period is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Maximum Withdrawal Cap. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. Where applicable, this cap is stated explicitly in the promotion terms. Amounts in excess of the cap will be removed from the balance at the time of withdrawal.
4. One bonus per offer per household. Promotions are limited to one claim per verified Member, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated. Claims by Members sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as a single household.
5. Bonus abuse. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a single offer multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed systematically to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent, or colluding with other Members — will have their Account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any associated winnings voided. 168gg's determination of bonus abuse is final.
6. Platform right to withdraw offers. 168gg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect the entitlements of Members who have already activated the relevant offer in good faith.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place Wagers or exploit game mechanics at scale.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated manipulation of betting markets or game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service with the intent to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or allowing any other person to place Wagers on your behalf.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals except where expressly authorized in writing by 168gg. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the full outstanding amount being pursued through available legal channels.

09. Responsible Gaming

168gg is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for every Member. The Platform provides the following tools, all available free of charge through the Account settings dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session time limits — receive automated alerts and optional forced log-outs after a defined session duration.
• Reality checks — periodic in-session reminders showing elapsed time and net session position.
• Time-out periods — voluntary short-term self-exclusion from one day up to six weeks, during which logins are blocked.
• Permanent self-exclusion — irreversible closure of your Account for a minimum of five years or permanently, at your election.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of 168gg or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 168gg.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 168gg and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly exclude liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Losses arising from interruption or suspension of the Platform for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, regulatory actions, or telecommunications failures).
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations arising from a manifest technical error. In such cases, 168gg reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the stake to the Member's account balance.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 168gg's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

168gg processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which sets out in full the categories of data collected, the legal bases for processing, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

We implement 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, maintain access controls to limit internal data exposure, and apply industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments

168gg reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://168gg.cam/terms-conditions, along with the date of the most recent revision shown at the top of this page.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 168gg's operating entity is incorporated. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules before any court proceedings are initiated.

Nothing in this clause limits 168gg's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or data security.

All complaints are handled confidentially and escalated to a senior compliance officer where a first-line resolution is not achieved within the standard timeframe.
